Hip Hop is designed to help the dancer loosen up, gain rhythm, and have fun in an aerobic workout. Moves from MTV and other videos on TV with popular artists will be taught. This is a great way to get a good workout, have fun and gain confidence. This is an extra class that should be taken along with regular technique classes. It is not designed for the serious trained students as a main class.

  Beginning Hip Hop This is a beginning level class that teaches students flexibility, coordination, rythme, and basic hip hop skills.   Pre Hip Hop This is a beginning level class that works on rhythm and basic hip hop skills.   Int/Adv Hip Hop Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.
