Sport Center is by far the best one I have ever attended. Personal touches and attention make all the difference. Thank you so much! The classes at Sport Center are diverse, well scheduled and fun. The instructors and trainers are experienced, professional and really help motivate you. They encourage you and push you to go further, but they make sure you are doing things the right way. The staff is capable, friendly and always willing to help.

As someone who has avoided gym class since high school, I surprise myself by how often I go—sometimes twice a day. I’ve lost weight, inches, and gained muscle mass. I’m stronger, fitter and doing classes that I probably couldn’t have done in my 20’s. Most importantly, I’ve learned to enjoy exercising and to incorporate it into my daily life.
