Welcome to Triple Threat Dance Collective – where we train fierce and dance fearless.

For over 20 years, we’ve proudly served the Crestview area with high-quality dance, acro,

and tumbling training for dancers of all ages and skill levels.

At TTDC, students as young as 2 ½ years old can take their first steps into the world

of dance and acrobatics, building confidence, strength, and passion from the very start.

As the dance and acro community in our area has grown more popular and competitive, we

remain dedicated to creating a positive, nurturing environment where athletes and artists can thrive.

 

Our philosophy is rooted in providing affordable arts and tumbling classes

 to the community, giving every family and child the opportunity to participate in an activity where

they can grow, express themselves, and build lifelong skills.

We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy, discipline,

and creativity that dance brings, regardless of background or experience.

To make registration easier, Triple Threat accepts online registration only.

You must register online for all classes. You may also make monthly payments and set up automatic withdrawals each month.

Classes We Offer

Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms and will maximize technique and longevity in a career of dance. It provides grace, poise, and technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

Jazz class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz  to help develop a well rounded dancer.

Tap is one of the oldest dance forms in this country. Students are taught rhythms, timing, and leg/foot coordination done to various types of music. We teach all types of tap from standard basics to funky rhythm tap. Students will receive well-rounded knowledge of all types of tap.

Hip Hop is designed to help the dancer loosen up, gain rhythm, and have fun in an aerobic workout. Moves from MTV and other videos on TV with popular artists will be taught. This is a great way to get a good workout, have fun and gain confidence. This is an extra class that should be taken along with regular technique classes. It is not designed for the serious trained students as a main class.

Acro classes combine dance and acrobatics, focusing on developing flexibility, strength, balance, and control through tumbling, balances, and other acrobatic skills.

We offer classes that are appropriate for ages 2 ½ and up, and accommodate any skill level from beginner to advanced.  Our tumbling classes focus on the gymnastics skills that are associated with the exciting sport of cheer-leading (floor gymnastics).  To offer our members the best service possible, we strive to maintain a 4 to 1 student to instructor ratio in our preschool level classes, 6 to 1 student to instructor ratio in our level 1 and 2 classes and a 7 to 1 ratio in our 3/4 level classes and do our best to place students in classes of similar skill level.

Ballet/Tap combo – Basic listening skills and following directions are emphasized while learning the basic to intermediate fundamentals of ballet and tap. Routines in both ballet and tap are taught

Ballet/Jazz combo – We develop an enjoyment of music and movement as well as a positive self-image as primary goals. Basic to intermediate ballet/jazz terms and steps are taught

Beginner classes are a great introduction to aerial arts and starting your own aerial practice. In beginner classes you will build upper body and core strength as well as leg and shoulder flexibility. These classes focus on the fundamental moves and the aerial vocabulary that is necessary to progress into wider aerial skill sets.

Competitive dance is a popular, widespread sport in which competitors perform dances in any of several permitted dance styles—such as acro, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, and tap—before a common group of judges.

Contemporary classes focus on expressing emotions and stories through movement, blending techniques from various styles like ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Dancers will begin working on technical foundations, varying emotions through dance, and improvisation skills.
